These
changes are related to the sudden of hormones
in females (estrogen and progesterone) to the blood vessels, skin pigments,
your immune system and glands. These suddenly changes can be present as physiological
changes or skin disorders.
Pigmentation-
They

on cheeks because of the many presence of blood vessels just below the skin’s
surface.

moisturizer with a sun block is helpful. The sun protective or SPF factor needs
to be at least 15 to 20.
Keep
your body so clean, as you will feel hot and sweaty but the baths should be
taken in limit that is once a day only. Then keep your hair clean with a daily
mild shampoo. Bad
acne can be treated with antibiotic lotions.
Reduce
intake of foods with a lot of yeast if you have fungal genital infection, wheat
noodles or cakes. Moisturizers
help to decrease the itch. During
pregnancy you have to not take the use of paraffin on the skin, as this can
clog the pores of the skin. Tablets of Chlorpheniramine should be taken to
relieve from the itch. To
